Office: Bondi Junction	Adam Stack graduated from the University of Sydney with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and in 2001 graduated with a Masters of Law and Management from the University of New South Wales. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1989 and as a solicitor of the Federal and High Courts in 1990. In 2001, Adam was appointed a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. He has since been appointed as an examiner for the College of Law's Notarial Practice Course. Adam is also a member of the Law Council of Australia and has been actively involved in the Law Society of New South Wales. Adam chaired the Young Lawyers section of the Law Society of New South Wales in their property and IP practice units and sat on the Law Society of NSW Property Law Practice and Review Committees for three years. Adam has contributed articles to legal publications and presented to a number of industry and professional groups. After being admitted as a solicitor, Adam worked for a number of well-established Sydney CBD law firms before opening up Adam Stack & Co in 1998. Adam is a highly regarded commercial legal practitioner, especially in the area of property transactions and has been professionally engaged in this area as an expert witness in court proceedings in both the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales. In more recent times, Adam has been working with accountants, insurance agents and financial planners in the area of business succession, superannuation, life and estate planning, developing tax-effective strategies that protect assets and provide "peace of mind" for clients.
